COMMISSIONING AND INSTALLATION

A full installation and commissioning service is available with all SMART systems. This ensures that the initial installation goes smoothly with equipment set to give optimum cleaning.
Each unit is supplied with an Operation Maintenance and Spares Manual, covering all aspects of the equipment and principles involved.

SPARES

We carry all spares covering the transmission equipment and slide housings.
Manufacturers and Machine Components can be supplied within 24 hours for delivery to U.K. Clients or for shipment overseas.

Although the company maintains a comprehensive stock of brushes, it should be noted that those of more complex mixed material construction are manufactured to order.
Company Service vehicles carry a comprehensive range of spares and are equipped with burning and welding sets thus enabling our engineers

to complete the majority of tasks required at site.

PLANNED MAINTENANCE

Structured maintenance contracts are available to suit clients needs. Depending on the number of units operation on site.
Maintenance visits involves visual checking of brushes and transmission equipment, preparation of a report and element wear graph.

Thus enabling brush changes to be incorporated within a client's planned shutdown period.
Harper Associate engineers are fully trained and in receipt of of current Client/Contractor Safety Passports. They have undertaken the Safety Induction Training as required by all major U.K. clients.
